End User License Agreement
Perplexity Shopify Deposits Application — Effective March 1, 2026
1. Overview
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Perplexity Shopify Deposits application (“Application”), a private internal-use tool developed by Bandwear.com Inc. (“Company”) for the sole purpose of automating the transfer of Shopify payout data into QuickBooks Online.
2. License Grant
The Company grants itself a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application solely for internal business operations. This Application is not distributed to third parties.
3. Scope of Use
The Application connects to Shopify stores operated by the Company and to the Company’s QuickBooks Online account. It reads payout and transaction data from Shopify and creates journal entries in QuickBooks Online. No customer personal data is collected, stored, or shared beyond what is necessary for this accounting function.
4. Data Handling
The Application accesses only financial payout summaries (gross sales, fees, adjustments, net deposits). It does not access, store, or process individual customer personal information such as names, emails, or payment details.
5. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” for internal use. The Company assumes all responsibility for verifying the accuracy of journal entries created by the Application.
6. Limitation of Liability
This Application is used solely by the Company for its own internal accounting. No external users are affected.
7. Modifications
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time for internal purposes.
